What the guide itself does
The guide contains ordinary pages, images and links. These files add no intake form, account, tracking script, cookie or browser storage. There is no records upload and no on-page submission of your notes.
If you print a page, printing is handled through your browser and chosen destination. You can add notes to your own printed or saved copy. The guide does not receive them.
Loading a page still makes a website request
Your browser requests the page and its local assets. Hosting and network services may process request information, such as an IP address. The absence of an intake form does not mean that request information is processed by no service.
Consultation and source links go to other websites
The consultation link opens the existing SMILE-FX website, where its own forms and privacy practices apply. The link includes a source tag identifying this guide; it does not include your questions or records, because the guide collects neither.
Other source and companion links also open separate websites. Review their privacy information before entering personal information. A telephone link may open the calling application on your device. A consultation request is not a confirmed records-delivery route; ask the practice to confirm its arrangements before providing records.
